Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Present and demonstrate vehicles and associated products and services
- Conduct test drives and provide accurate product information
- Handle customer enquiries across face-to-face, telephone, and online channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Support customers throughout the full sales journey, from enquiry to vehicle handover
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using internal systems
- Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall business performance
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
- Highly motivated with a desire to achieve targets and earn commission
- Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic IT literacy
- Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
