Strategic Performance Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Performance Associate to support strategic performance monitoring, KPI analysis, performance reporting, and strategic initiative tracking within a dynamic public-sector environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support the monitoring of organisational performance, preparation of dashboards and management reports, and tracking of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and institutional performance monitoring activities.
  • Monitor and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organisational performance data.
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and management reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Track strategic initiatives and support the monitoring of progress against organisational objectives.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, senior stakeholders, external organisations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support the preparation and review of strategic documentation and reports in Arabic and English.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and performance-related records.
  • Support project monitoring and system-based performance reporting as required.
  • Work with organisational systems, platforms, and digital reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Public Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two to three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Relevant experience in:
    • Strategic performance monitoring.
    • KPI monitoring and analysis.
    • Performance reporting.
    • Dashboard and management report preparation.
    • Strategic initiative tracking.
    • Stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Working proficiency in Arabic, including the ability to review documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government, semi-government, or major public-sector organisations.
  • Experience supporting government transformation programmes or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience within the social development sector.
  • Relevant project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification.

General Requirements

Candidates should:

  • Be comfortable working with multiple departments, senior stakeholders, external organisations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and documentation capabilities.
  • Be able to prepare and review documentation in both Arabic and English.
  • Be proficient in the relevant digital tools required for the position.
  • Be able to quickly learn and work with the organisation’s existing systems and platforms.
  • Support data entry, analysis, reporting, dashboard preparation, project monitoring, and system-based performance monitoring as required.
  • Be available for a full-time, predominantly on-site assignment during official working days and hours.
  • Hold, or be eligible to obtain, the necessary UAE visa, sponsorship, and labour documentation.
  • Comply with all applicable confidentiality, information-security, conduct, and organisational policies.
  • Successfully complete the end client’s profile review and approval process before deployment.
