They empower businesses globally with seamless, secure, and compliant digital asset payment and settlement solutions. As they scale their operations rapidly, they are expanding their footprint to capture the massive opportunity in the B2B digital payments space.

About the Role

They are actively hiring for multiple global headcounts for this critical position. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) and 100% “Hunter” role focused on aggressive new business acquisition.

They offer maximum flexibility: they are open to candidates across various global locations (final work arrangements and remote/hybrid setups will be determined based on your geography), and they are highly flexible regarding your specific vertical, territory, or market expertise. If you have a proven track record of hunting and closing complex enterprise payment deals, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressive Pipeline Generation: Relentlessly identify, prospect, and close net-new business opportunities with enterprise clients, fintechs, global e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces that can leverage Business Payment’s capabilities.
  • End-to-End Sales Execution: Own and drive the full sales cycle from outbound lead generation and discovery to complex commercial negotiation and deal closure.
  • Strategic Pitching: Develop and present highly tailored proposals, product demos, and ROI-driven business cases to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Market Expansion: Act as a true market hunter, identifying emerging trends, competitor movements, and untapped verticals to continuously feed your sales pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and a smooth handover to the account management team.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Client’s Business Payment at premier industry events, global conferences, and networking functions to build pipeline and brand presence.

Who They Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of high-performing sales or business development experience in the fintech, B2B payments, or financial services space.
  • Industry Pedigree: Strong preference for candidates coming from leading global cross-border payment networks, tier-1 digital remittance platforms, or major global payment service providers (PSPs).
  • Hunter DNA: A verifiable, undeniable track record of exceeding sales quotas and hunting down net-new enterprise logos as an Individual Contributor.
  • Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of global digital payments, cross-border settlements, stablecoins, or blockchain-based financial products. Experience directly in digital assets is a massive plus.
  • Skillset: Exceptional communication, complex negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills. You must be a highly autonomous self-starter.
  • Languages: Business proficiency in English is a must, along with native or bilingual fluency in the primary language(s) of your specific target market/territory. Proficiency in Mandarin or other global business languages remains a strong plus.
