Yes. PartnerX provides full Employer of Record services in both jurisdictions. We act as the legal employer of the contractor, managing payroll, tax, compliance, and statutory obligations on your behalf — so you can engage talent quickly without setting up a local entity.

We provide IR35 status determination support for every UK engagement, assessing whether the role falls inside or outside of IR35 under the off-payroll working rules (Chapter 10, ITEPA 2003). We advise clients on their obligations and ensure appropriate tax treatment is applied throughout the engagement.

In most cases, we can mobilise a pre-vetted contractor within a few days of confirming the requirement. Because we maintain an active pool of screened professionals across multiple disciplines, deployment timelines are significantly faster than a traditional recruitment process.

All engagements are governed by a formal contract for services, which sets out the terms for extensions and early termination. PartnerX manages the administrative and contractual process for both scenarios, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your operations.

Yes. We fully comply with the Agency Workers Regulations 2010. Contractors placed with a client for 12 or more consecutive weeks are entitled to the same basic working conditions as comparable permanent employees. We proactively advise all clients of their AWR obligations before and during each engagement.
