Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation within our debit card portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of payments, customer behavior, and product growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-border payment initiatives leveraging data and analytics.
- Design and implement customer incentive campaigns to enhance engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve key performance metrics including authorization rates, card issuance, payment volume, and digital adoption.
- Identify new growth opportunities and cross-sell strategies across the debit card portfolio.
- Serve as a key liaison between the payment scheme and the bank for project execution.
- Develop and present performance insights and reports to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in card portfolio management.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
