About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our FMCG client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and performance-driven campaigns within the FMCG sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, able to drive impactful marketing initiatives that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead brand development and positioning across retail and digital outlets.
  • Design and oversee ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize budgets across digital, PR, influencer marketing, and events.
  • Conduct market analysis and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee ROI reporting and track effectiveness of all campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Finance, and Culinary teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Manage SEO & SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns with an ROI-driven focus.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
  • Recommend continuous optimizations to improve CPC, CPM, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, CRM, and loyalty program management.
  • Solid understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and campaign measurement.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Strong relationships with media, influencers, and marketing agencies in the UAE is a plus.
