Public Relations Officer (PRO)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience handling government-related processes, immigration procedures, and other PRO responsibilities within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to UAE Government entities, including Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipality, and other official bodies.
• Handle the processing of visas, work permits, Emirates ID, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
• Support employees with medical tests, labour contracts, and all legal formalities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with government departments and external stakeholders for approvals, permits, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities, ensuring timely updates and renewals.
• Provide support for company license renewals, notary attestations, and other official requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience working as a PRO in Abu Dhabi (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration and labour laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic language proficiency is an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
