Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven execution capabilities, strong leadership skills, and deep market understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and project launches.
- Lead branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, social media, PR, and events.
- Oversee lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and cost efficiency.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, social media, and content strategy.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of managing real estate marketing campaigns, project launches, and brand positioning.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics and buyer behavior.
- Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
