UAE Nationals I Corporate Banking | International Bank | Dubai
We are currently supporting a leading international bank in the UAE with the hiring of Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to join their Corporate Banking team in Dubai. This is a full-time opportunity exclusively open to UAE Nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow strong relationships with local corporate clients, government entities, and public sector institutions.
- Establish, maintain, and, where required, exit correspondent banking relationships in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Promote and support the bank’s financial institution products, including RMB clearing and risk participation services.
- Ensure continuous AML/CTF monitoring and full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Interpret, implement, and adhere to policies and guidelines issued by regulators and relevant authorities.
- Provide operational support to the team and deputize for colleagues when required.
Candidate Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book and Emirates ID.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High standards of integrity, compliance, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a structured banking environment.
