Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced and self-driven freelance recruitment consultants to work on various mandates across industries. This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for professionals who have a strong network, deep understanding of recruitment, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Liaise with PartnerX account managers and clients to understand role requirements and timelines
- Use various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Submit high-quality, relevant CVs within defined timelines
- Maintain timely and professional communication with both candidates and internal teams
- Provide market insights, candidate availability, and salary expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably in the GCC market
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment strategies
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Access to a laptop and internet; able to work remotely and flexibly
- Existing candidate database or strong personal network is a plus
