Location: Dubai, UAE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to join our manpower team in Dubai. The role involves end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar and white-collar categories for clients in industries such as construction, facilities management, logistics, retail, and hospitality. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process in line with UAE labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from understanding client requirements to final candidate deployment.
- Source candidates through various channels including databases, job portals, social media, agencies, and overseas partners.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess suitability and readiness for deployment.
- Coordinate with client HR teams to align candidate profiles with project or site needs.
- Handle offer negotiations, document collection, visa processing, and mobilization logistics.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company recruitment policies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming manpower requirements.
- Provide weekly reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and deployment progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the manpower, outsourcing, or staffing industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Proven ability to recruit for blue-collar categories (e.g., technicians, helpers, drivers, construction workers) and white-collar roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa and mobilization processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukrigulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage.
