- JOB PURPOSE
To plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive store performance, increase customer footfall, and strengthen brand awareness. The role focuses on developing and implementing ATL/BTL campaigns, managing brand collaborations, and ensuring in-store marketing excellence through consistent execution of POSM, events, and activations.
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
- – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- – Proven experience in retail marketing or brand management.
- – Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- – Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- – Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- – Proficient in MS Office and general marketing tools.

Internal: Marketing, Retail Operations, Design Team, Category, and Finance teams.
External: Media vendors, agencies, brand partners, and event organizers
4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
Develop and implement store marketing initiatives to drive footfall and acquisition. Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Liaise with brand partners to deliver joint events, activations, and tie-ups.
Manage in-store POSM and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Execute community and in-store events to build customer engagement.
Identify and manage monetization opportunities through brand and partner collaborations. Track and analyze campaign and store performance for continuous improvement.
5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
Based in a fast-paced retail environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Will be required to visit stores or event locations as per business needs.
