Job Summary
Our client, a leading player in the retail and distribution sector, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Sales Executive to manage and grow strategic accounts across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, a solid understanding of retail/distribution channels, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail and distribution accounts to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand market presence
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotions with key clients
- Ensure timely order processing, stock availability, and smooth coordination with internal teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates on a regular basis
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience in retail and/or distribution, preferably in the UAE market
- Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and distribution networks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Valid UAE driving license is must
