Job Summary
The Junior Client Relationship Manager will support the senior team in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves assisting clients with insurance queries, coordinating with internal teams and insurers, managing documentation, and contributing to client retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all insurance-related requests.
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and renewal of insurance policies across various product lines (Motor, Medical, Life, General Insurance, etc.).
- Coordinate with insurers and underwriters to obtain quotations, policy terms, and endorsements.
- Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and policy files.
- Support senior team members during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Follow up on outstanding documents, premium payments, and client approvals.
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, claims updates, and renewal notices.
- Track client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance (preferably in brokerage or insurer environment).
- Strong understanding of insurance concepts, products, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
