Role Summary
We are hiring experienced Insurance Brokers on behalf of our client to support business growth across all lines of insurance. This is a client-facing, business development role focused on acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. A market-competitive salary is offered along with an attractive, performance-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business across all lines of insurance, including but not limited to General Insurance, Life, Medical, Motor, Property, and Corporate Insurance
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive business development activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage solutions
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotations, and policy documentation
- Negotiate terms with insurers to secure competitive coverage for clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Achieve revenue and growth targets through effective sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the insurance sector in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of multiple lines of insurance
- Established client network is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
