Job Overview
Our client, a well-established retail and distribution organization, is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Executive – Recruitment to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in volume hiring, particularly within fast-paced environments, and will be skilled in using multiple sourcing tools and techniques to meet large-scale hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles across retail and distribution operations
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines
- Execute bulk hiring campaigns for frontline, warehouse, logistics, and corporate roles as required
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and headhunting
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding activities and documentation coordination
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors
- Proven experience in volume/bulk hiring
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruitment tools and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
