About the Role
Our Fintech client is seeking a highly accomplished Chief Growth & Strategy Officer to lead their revenue-generating activities, drive market expansion, and shape the company’s commercial strategy. This role will be pivotal in identifying new market opportunities, enhancing customer satisfaction, and aligning commercial goals with the company’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial technology, banking solutions, hardware integration, and green energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to define growth strategies.
- Develop unique value propositions and foster a culture of innovation.
- Identify untapped markets and evaluate business expansion opportunities.
- Lead global expansion initiatives and manage diverse international teams.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Oversee sales, marketing, and business development functions.
- Set and control pricing strategies, revenue management, and budgeting.
- Leverage data-driven insights to monitor performance and guide decisions.
Customer & Market Focus
- Champion customer-centric strategies to enhance experience and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Development, Technical, HR, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Oversee and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver on KPIs and business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 25+ years of progressive experience in banking solutions, Fintech, or related industries, with at least 15 years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development in the banking/Fintech sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the banking and financial services landscape in the MENA region.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and execution.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience in the UAE or wider MENA market.
- Background in digital banking, open banking, or blockchain technologies.
- Proven success in launching Fintech products and building brand credibility in new markets.
