CCO lead the company’s revenue-generating activities, overseeing sales, pre-sales, and marketing. This leader will play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy, leveraging expertise in financial technology, hardware solutions, and green energy to take our company into new markets and achieve significant business and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Development of the Area

- Collaborate with Various Departments: Ensure alignment with business goals and support inter-departmental initiatives.

Technical Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 25+ years of experience in banking solutions, Fintech, or a related industry, with at least 15 years in a senior leadership role.
- Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development within the banking or Fintech industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the banking, financial services, and Fintech landscape in the MENA.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and technical functions.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, create strategic plans, and drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional presence.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the technical aspects of banking solutions and the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in the UAE or broader MENA market.
- Expertise in digital banking, open banking, or blockchain technology.
- Experience with launching products in the Fintech space and building brand
credibility in new markets.
