- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management
- Manage and coordinate all invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Review and verify invoices for completeness and compliance with documentation requirements
- Oversee rent-related processes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
Financial Control and Analysis
- Lead and supervise monthly and annual account closing processes to meet deadlines.
- Analyze income, expenses, and cost structures, providing detailed reports to management.
- Implement and monitor accounting control processes to enhance financial accuracy and transparency.
Cost Management and Optimization
- Oversee and manage cost control processes, including supervision of the Cost Controller.
- Analyze cost structures to identify potential areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and turnover to minimize waste and ensure cost-effective stock management.
- Develop and implement wastage reduction initiatives across departments.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and regular financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and identify variances.
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and
improve financial performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
