Sharing Your Data with Our Clients

By submitting your personal information to PartnerX, you consent to PartnerX sharing your CV, personal details, and professional profile with our client organisations for the purposes of assessing your suitability for roles they are seeking to fill. We will only share your data with clients when we believe there is a genuine and relevant opportunity, and we will not forward your information without informing you.

We require all clients to treat your personal data with the same level of confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Legal Basis for Processing

PartnerX processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

Consent: Where you have actively submitted your CV or registered as a candidate, this constitutes your consent to processing as described in this notice.
Legitimate Interests: We have a legitimate business interest in retaining candidate data to facilitate future recruitment opportunities relevant to your profile.
Legal Obligation: Where we are required by law to verify your right to work or retain certain records.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data in our candidate database for a period of two (2) years from the date of your most recent interaction with us. After this period, your data will be securely deleted unless you have consented to a longer retention period or unless we are required to retain it by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
