Key Account Sales Executive

Job Summary

Our client, a leading player in the retail and distribution sector, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Sales Executive to manage and grow strategic accounts across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, a solid understanding of retail/distribution channels, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail and distribution accounts to achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand market presence
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotions with key clients
  • Ensure timely order processing, stock availability, and smooth coordination with internal teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategies
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates on a regular basis
  • Ensure excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in retail and/or distribution, preferably in the UAE market
  • Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and distribution networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid UAE driving license is must
