Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior HR Executive on behalf of a reputed real estate developer based in Ras Al Khaimah. The role will support end-to-end HR operations while partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure effective people management, compliance, and employee engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior HR Executive will manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, maintaining accurate employee records, handling visas and PRO coordination, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The candidate will also assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, managing disciplinary matters, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to employee engagement and retention programs. Close coordination with internal departments and external authorities is essential.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably within real estate, construction, or developer environments. Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, hands-on experience in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience working in Ras Al Khaimah or the Northern Emirates is an advantage.
