Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Credit Cards Promoters to support credit card acquisition activities across retail locations in Dubai, including malls, kiosks, and business centres. The role involves direct customer engagement, product promotion, and assisting customers with digital application processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote credit card products at assigned retail locations across Dubai (malls, booths, business centres, etc.)
- Approach and engage potential customers in a professional and confident manner
- Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
- Assist customers with completing applications using tablets or mobile applications
- Work closely with retail store sales staff to drive lead generation and conversions
- Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to compliance guidelines
- Maintain a presentable and professional appearance at all times
Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in credit card sales is preferred (e.g., mall kiosks, banking booths)
- Candidates without card sales experience may be considered if they have retail sales experience in telecom, internet services, car leasing, or similar consumer-facing products
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using tablets and mobile applications to support customer onboarding
