We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team.


Role Overview

The Recruitment Intern will support the Recruitment team in daily operations, focusing on recruitment administrationcandidate coordination, and social media activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry and develop strong organizational, communication, and digital skills.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Administration

  • Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up communication with candidates.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Support in preparing recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordination (emails, calls, messages).
  • Ensure timely follow-up and a professional candidate experience.

2. Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating and posting content on the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Help manage social media calendars, engagement, and branding initiatives.
  • Support in designing simple creatives (using Canva or similar tools).
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/recruitment team to promote job posts and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar) are an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
