Recruiter – Manpower Industry

Location: Dubai, UAE


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to join our manpower team in Dubai. The role involves end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar and white-collar categories for clients in industries such as construction, facilities management, logistics, retail, and hospitality. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process in line with UAE labour regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from understanding client requirements to final candidate deployment.
  • Source candidates through various channels including databases, job portals, social media, agencies, and overseas partners.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess suitability and readiness for deployment.
  • Coordinate with client HR teams to align candidate profiles with project or site needs.
  • Handle offer negotiations, document collection, visa processing, and mobilization logistics.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company recruitment policies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming manpower requirements.
  • Provide weekly reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and deployment progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the manpower, outsourcing, or staffing industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to recruit for blue-collar categories (e.g., technicians, helpers, drivers, construction workers) and white-collar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE visa and mobilization processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukrigulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage.

  • Hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Team player with good coordination skills across departments and overseas offices.
  • Client-oriented mindset with a focus on timely and quality delivery.
