1.Qualifications/Requirements
• Intermediate or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (English) – read, write & speak. Additional language – advantage.
• Must hold a driving license from any GCC Country.
• Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge are a must.
• The working environment is physically demanding in terms of time, such as working long hours and working on public holidays.
• Age limit up to 45 years old.
2.Job Summary
• Deliver on targeted monthly volume/value and distribution goals for the team/territory.
• Achieve budgeted receivables (DSO) objectives for the team/territory.
• Maintain harmonious public relations with trade partners and ensure prompt and efficient customer service at all times.
• Participate in teamwork and be an effective team player at all times.
• Achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on distribution and visibility (implement BDA or secure space according to market share & planograms).
• Implement all NPI promotions and promotions within agreed timelines.
• Control and manage trade returns and bad debts within agreed timelines.
• Manage all trade spends within limits and timelines.
• Spend 75% of time in trade, working with the team as well as conducting independent trade audits to measure execution.
• Take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.
• Ensure 100% compliance with BDAs in all territories.
• Renew all BDAs within 3 months of expiry.
• Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends.
• Participate in and share all survey findings (price, competition, category, etc.).

• This position is open at GCC level and will be based in the UAE
