About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialists to join our client’s team, focusing on the acquisition of SME and corporate clients for our credit card and payment solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales within the financial services or payments sector and a proven ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new SME and corporate clients for credit card and payment solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned business targets and KPIs.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their business needs and propose tailored payment solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of clients.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor products, and payment industry developments.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in SME or corporate sales, preferably in credit cards, banking, or the payments industry.
- Strong understanding of credit card products, merchant acquisition, and payment processing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- UAE experience and market knowledge preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
