Operations Supervisor / Account Manager

Location: UAE
License Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Summary:

The Operations Supervisor / Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workforce operations, managing client accounts, ensuring service delivery excellence, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The role demands strong field supervision, client coordination, and team management capabilities, with frequent site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Workforce Management

  • Supervise day-to-day manpower deployment across client sites.
  • Ensure attendance, punctuality, and productivity of deployed staff.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for new joiners, replacements, and mobilization.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
  • Monitor transport and accommodation arrangements for employees (if applicable).

2. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Handle client queries, escalations, and service requests promptly.
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Conduct periodic review meetings with clients and share performance reports.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

3. Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of attendance, timesheets, and deployment reports.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
  • Ensure all staff have valid documents — Emirates ID, Visa, Medical, Mulkya, etc.
  • Coordinate with the back-office for payroll inputs, invoicing, and compliance documentation.

4. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and client SOPs.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and briefings to improve workforce awareness and discipline.
  • Report incidents, non-compliances, or accidents immediately to management.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations Supervision / Client Account Management, preferably in Manpower, Logistics, or Facility Management sectors.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling ability.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and visit multiple sites.

Other Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
  • Own vehicle preferred (fuel allowance may be provided).
  • Willingness to travel across UAE for site operations.
