Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that strengthen the brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales across online and offline channels. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and deep knowledge of digital platforms relevant to the F&B industry in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns & Content
- Develop and implement digital campaigns across social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email, and delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Careem, Noon Food).
- Create engaging content that highlights brand identity, promotions, seasonal launches, and store activities.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure campaign quality and consistency.
Social Media & Community Management
- Handle brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor customer interactions and respond to inquiries in line with brand tone of voice.
- Track engagement trends and propose new ideas to grow followers and reach.
Performance Marketing
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic to the website and app.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report digital performance across all platforms.
- Provide insights to support business decisions and campaign improvements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand, Operations, and HR teams to align digital marketing with business goals.
- Support new store openings, seasonal promotions, and regional campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in F&B, UAE, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe) (is a plus).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Creative mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
