We are currently supporting one of our prestigious real estate clients in Ras Al Khaimah to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional with industry-specific experience who is looking to grow within a well-established and dynamic real estate organization.
About the Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. The focus will be on attracting and securing top-tier talent to support our client’s growth across multiple departments in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
- Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is properly maintained and compliant
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles
- Enhance the employer brand through positive candidate experience
- Support workforce planning and recruitment reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Previous experience recruiting in the real estate industry is a must
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and best hiring practices
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using various platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with ATS tools and MS Office
