Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary: 

Our client seeks an experienced and highly motivated Senior Relationship Manager to join their dynamic sales team. This role is focused on driving sales growth, managing high-value client relationships, and expanding our client base within the forex and capital markets sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience in forex or capital markets, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional client service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients, providing them with tailored solutions and ongoing support in the forex markets. 
  • Drive new business opportunities and grow existing client portfolios by identifying client needs and presenting suitable forex products and services. 
  • Provide expert advice to clients on forex market trends, trading strategies, and risk management, helping them make informed financial decisions. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client management, lead generation, and business development efforts. 
  • Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. 
  • Promote the company’s forex products and services, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of each offering. 
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services based on the client’s financial goals. 
  • Work closely with internal teams such as trading, compliance, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience and timely trade execution. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention, offering personalized service to maintain long-term relationships. 
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, including KYC and AML requirements. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in forex or capital markets sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to drive sales in competitive markets. 
  • Deep understanding of the forex market, trading platforms, currency trading, and financial instruments. 
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial products in a clear and compelling manner. 
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic advice to clients. 
  • Knowledge of forex market regulations, including KYC, AML, and other compliance 

standards. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Professional certifications in finance or forex trading (e.g., CISI, CFA, or equivalent) are preferred.
