Forex Trading Brokers
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President – Partnerships to lead and expand their strategic alliances, affiliate relationships, and IB network globally. This executive-level role is critical to driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and market expansion through long-term, value-driven partnerships in the Forex and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our client’s global partnership strategy, focusing on Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, white-label partners, and institutional collaborations.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact strategic partnerships to enhance distribution and trading volumes.
- Build and manage a high-performing partnerships team aligned with regional business goals.
- Design and execute partner incentive programs, performance tracking systems, and onboarding processes.
- Negotiate and manage partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE’s SCA regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure partner success and alignment.
- Represent our client at industry events, expos, and networking forums, both locally and internationally.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to executive management on partnership ROI and pipeline.
- Explore potential for cross-border partnerships, M&A, or regional joint ventures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in Forex, FinTech, or financial services.
- Proven leadership in scaling affiliate/IB programs and building regional/global partner networks.
- Strong understanding of UAE’s regulatory landscape, especially SCA requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and performance-driven mindset.
