Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, buyers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information.
- Negotiate offers and finalize property transactions with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to support lead generation and deal closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- RERA certification is a plus.
